Summary
The goal of this project was to design payment application features that are cross-functional and focused on increasing interoperability between different online service platforms. This includes e-commerce platforms and a variety of other services.
Our application design facilitated transactions across multiple platforms, improved the overall user experience and made it easier for users to conduct online transactions. By focusing on interoperability, we broke down barriers for users to access a wide range of services and platforms.
Process / My Focus
My work focused on designing meaningful and interactive application features
according to the following process
1. Understanding Users
2. Concept Designing
3. Prototyping
4. Concept Validation
By understanding various in-house services and the user needs, I learned not only UX research / design skills, but also the importance of the business perspective to provide delightful user experiences.
